Service Description

We will begin with an oracle card reading and discussion to set an intention for your session. I will then guide you through an active breathing session with a somatic release. During the active breathing you will be able to relax and listen to an intuitively selected musical playlist that is unique to only you. This will leave you in a relaxing meditative state. After the active breathwork there will be time for integration. In this time we will talk about emotions, feelings or thoughts that may have come up during your breathing. Guidance and resources will be provided for dealing with anything that might come up in the days following your session.
