BREAKING BREATH EVENTS

Each Breaking Breath event is a sacred space to release, reconnect, and remember who you are beneath it all. We begin with a grounding meditation to settle the mind and anchor into the body before moving into a powerful 45–55 minute holotropic breathwork journey set to an intuitively curated playlist that mirrors the rhythm of transformation. As you breathe, I intuitively guide energy work throughout the room, supporting deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic realignment. We then gently ground back into the body through guided meditation, followed by an open space for integration, reflection, and community connection.
These gatherings are more than just breath work—they’re portals of remembrance.

Join me once a month at Rocky Mountain Pilates and Yoga on Sunday afternoons from 1–3 PM for a transformative Breaking Breath journey. Together, we’ll ground, breathe, and release in a sacred space designed to help you reconnect to your truth and embody your highest self.

{CO}NVERGE YOGA

Experience Breaking Breath at Converge Yoga, held once a month on select Saturdays/Sundays from 1–3 PM. Each session is a powerful opportunity to release, realign, and return home to yourself through the art of conscious breath.
