My journey to becoming a Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator and a Reiki Master Practitioner was born out of personal growth and a profound realization. For years, I had been living a life as a professional people-pleaser, seeking love and validation from others, only to be confronted by the repetitive cycle of relationships that seemed to offer different faces but the same patterns. It was a wake-up call that compelled me to break free from this karmic loop and embark on a profound inner journey.

I began with conventional talk therapy and EMDR, which provided valuable insights, but I sensed that there was more waiting to be unlocked within me. That's when I discovered Reiki, a transformative healing practice that had an astonishing impact on my life. Witnessing the profound benefits of Reiki, I knew that I couldn't keep this gift to myself – I had to share it with others.

Yet, my quest for personal growth didn't end there. I felt there was something more profound on the horizon, something that would take me even closer to my true purpose. And then, I found Holotropic Breathwork. My very first session left me trembling and sobbing, but it was a beautiful, cathartic experience that solidified my belief in this transformative healing modality. With a burning desire to incorporate it into my journey, I became licensed to facilitate breathwork sessions and share its profound benefits with others.

My offerings are as boundless as the potential within you, but my primary focus is to guide you from a life of mere existence to one of thriving and living limitlessly. I aim to help you release stored traumas, experiences, and emotions from your body before they manifest as chronic pain, illness, or disease.
